NCAA Formally Launches New Independent Infractions Process
The NCAA has launched its Independent Accountability Resolution Process (IARP) which came as a result of the Commission on College Basketball chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The IARP will handle a select group of complex infractions cases to help minimize perceived conflicts of interest.
